MILKASIN is whole donkey milk, pasteurized and freeze-dried within 48 hours of milking and stored under vacuum. Donkey milk is known to be the closest animal milk to the human variety. Its composition is particularly rich in bionutritional principles and therefore it is considered by nutrition experts as a healthy and natural food, suitable for all ages.

MILKASIN is a natural source of calcium, phosphorus, potassium, proteins, omega3 and omega6 (present in a quantity 4 times as high as that of cow’s milk), and immune factors (lysozyme, immunoglobulins and lactoferrin). Due to its low casein fraction, donkey milk can be consumed by people sensitive to cows’ milk protein.

DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 11 grams of donkey milk powder (equal to 3 measuring spoons) into 100 ml of warm mineral water (37° C). Once reconstituted, store the milk in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not freeze. After first opening, it is recommended to use within one month, if properly stored. Do not insert in the packaging the measuring spoon if it is wet.
